BRYNER, Justice, Pro Tem. This appeal arises from a divorce action between Patricia and Joseph Hanlon. Patricia Hanlon appeals, contending that the
trial court erred in fixing the date for determining the portion of Joseph's retirement benefits to be included as marital
assets, in awarding her insufficient spousal support and an inadequate share of the marital property, and in failing to allow
her to remain in the family home for a reasonable period after the divorce. We affirm in part and remand for further findings.
